Małgorzata Antoszewska-Moneta
She studied at the Władysław Strzemiński National Higher School of Plastic Arts in Łódź (now the Academy of Art), and graduated in 1995. The art of washi she studied at its source, in Japan, at a factory on Shikoku. She received a grant from ArtsLink in the USA at Rutgers University (New Jersey). She is also a graduate of physics, which she studied at the University of Łódź.
She presented her works at several individual exhibitions and a few dozen collective exhibitions and other artistic events in Poland and abroad.
In her art she employs a few kinds of media among which photography occupies the most important place, including documentary and archival photography, often used as an integral part of an installation. |
